Q: What is the standard delivery time? 
A: All orders are shipped via DPD/LP. The standard delivery time varies per delivery location and is usually between 1 and 9 days.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link that you can follow to track your shipment.

Q: Can I change the shipping address?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return a product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be undamaged, and the customer is responsible for its safe return. To initiate a return, please contact support@hectordirector.com
