We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us at support@hectordirector.com or via our contact form. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the full amount paid excluding shipping costs..

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
